The Residence windows have been created in the style of 19th Century timber windows, including window sashes, which when closed, align flush with the window’s outer frame, like traditional timber windows. Boasting up to 9 thermally insulating internal chambers, Residence window frames are extremely secure and superb for noise reduction. R9 accommodates either 44mm triple or 28mm double glazed units. The A++ energy rating, 0.8 U-value are so low they exceed the strict requirements laid out by UK Building Regulations. Use less energy, and your house will be noticeably warmer. The Residence Collection looks like old fashioned timber but works like the most modern low maintenance UPVC Windows!

It is possible to make 19^th Century timber styled windows from UPVC.  Craftsmanship and modern processes combine to produce a mix of styles and configurations, The Residence Collection will keep your home’s original character and increase its desirability whilst lowering the required maintenance.  Astragal or Georgian bars in a Residence Window will imitate the Georgian style of your chosen windows design. Drip bars add an appealing feature and ideally reinforce the transom mullion in bigger windows.

The beautiful Regal hardware range of Residence’s very own designs of Pear Drop and Monkey Tail handles and stays, come in clever designs and include screw retaining fortifications – holding locks and hinges firmly in position. Also featured are strong, heavy-duty hinges, specially designed to accommodate the additional weight of triple glazed units. Dummy butt hinges and working butt hinges retain that timber window look. A casement window fire escape solution can be achieved with working butt hinges on larger casements opening vents.

The Forest Collection, wood effect Casement Window finishes, that look like wood, and The Residence Collection colour palette gives you fantastic choices to work with and help you to personalise the internal and external colours of your Residence Casement Windows. Fantastic options to be compatible with the original finishing style including colours like Chalk White, Pepper Oak, lotted Cream and Painswick a gentle soft green. Plus, the six woodgrains within the Forest Collection, to give you a realistic timber look finish. You can even have a two-colour finish, so that you have a contrasting inside colour to your outdoor. Our coated glass has a clever film on the inner pane of all our energy-efficient insulating glass units. This coating reflects your heat back into the home. The high solar heat gain means it is retaining your generated heating warmth by allowing high levels of solar energy to flood in, for warmer and brighter interiors, and reflecting heat back into the room, reducing your heating and lighting costs.
