For a conservatory installation to be considered a success it must both be in keeping with the original architecture of the respective household and provide the necessary functionality desired by its occupants. This example ticked both boxes as the bricks within the base brilliantly resemble those used to create the house itself and it has been accessorised exactly how the owners wanted it.
A black woodgrain finish was selected for the conservatory frames, one that is very similar to the colour applied to the existing windows. Though it has to be said the black finish used to treat the inside of the roof frame contrasts well with the cream interior.
There’s a wealth of windows at the front of the design, including a number of tilt & turn windows that can be operated when the space needs extra ventilation. You couldn’t be blamed though for just wanting to sit back and admire the clouds above as the glass roof covers a considerable distance and has the slenderest of sightlines.
French doors are there for when there’s any urge to head for that patio and those wooden chairs. There’s no question that the fortunate owners of this conservatory are spoilt for choice in terms of options.
