Wooden/Timber Windows 'v' UPVC Windows
Our Residence collection offers a range of windows which look just like wooden windows, made in lovely traditional carpentry styles, with amazing detailing. UPVC wood style windows have all the advantages of low maintenance with long life, great thermal qualities and yet still offer the visual beauty of wood yet are moulded from UPVC.
Perfect for Grade 2 listed properties.
Choose any window frame with Double Glazing or Triple Glazing
Choose aluminium window frames or UPVC window frames in any style and any colour, your next choice is to choose double or triple glazing, either two or three panes.
You can change the glass to laminate (highly recommended) or even a different glass depending on what you need to achieve i.e. coated for more heat retention, a solar coating to keep a room cooler, laminated for higher security, or acoustic for less noise transition.
Different rooms can have different configurations.

Replacement Window - Quality Fitting Makes all the Difference
At 5 Star we are proud to have probably the best and most experienced fitting teams in the Midlands.
Long before we let our window fitters wear the 5 Star branded clothing, before they get their hands on the keys to a 5 Star chariot (one of our vans) they have to prove they can fit windows to 5 Star’s exacting standard, then pass the Fenestration exams and most importantly be trained and monitored by a 5 Star Fitting Manager.
