Eclipse powder coated Aluminium surfaces are top quality, they are fade resistant and need no annual painting. The 11-stage powder-coating process undertaken on every eclipse Aluminium Windows gives a finish that lasts and will be envied by all. You have the choice of popular colours from our standard range, or for something different we can match your frames to any RAL colour you desire. It is also possible to achieve a woodgrain effect finish on Aluminium as we can perform a treatment called sublimation, this allows us to produce walnut, oak and rosewood finishes that look just like wood.
Glass units make the biggest thermal improvement.
Everyone knows how double-glazing revolutionised heat retention inside homes. Many of us will remember when their single glazed bedroom windows were often frosty on the inside on cold winter mornings! Some believe that similar gains were achieved by triple glazing over double glazing but actually that difference is somewhat less. Today, modern double glazing is offering huge thermal improvements over early double glazing, like early double glazing achieved over single glazing. Yes, it really is that much better! Today, most of the windows we are replacing are double glazed but did not feature thermal coated glass, insulating warm edge spacer bar or Argon filled units – so you’ll enjoy great energy savings, once upgraded.

You can change the glass to laminate (highly recommended) or even a different glass depending on what you need to achieve i.e. coated for more heat retention, a solar coating to keep a room cooler, laminated for higher security, or acoustic for less noise transition.
