A lifetime of assurance
You will be shocked to know that some window companies do not supply a window guarantee with products, or provide an insurance backed guarantee. At 5 Star, you will receive a 20 year insurance backed window guarantee (IBG), because we know that our windows are built to the highest standards and will therefore last for over 30+ years. The materials and components used to create our windows are the highest quality available on the market.

Environmental policy
Giving our customers a 20 year window guarantee is fundamental to our Environmental Policy. Making them last for a lifetime avoids a customer needing to replace their windows again and prevents any over consumption and damaging carbon emissions.
It is not every day that someone buys new windows for their home and there are cost implications of doing so. Why, therefore, would you even consider accepting anything less than a 20 year window guarantee?
Insurance backed guarantee
Even though 5 Star have been fitting double glazing since 2002, some customers, who donโt know us, may worry about us being here to support you over your window guarantee period. With this in mind, and end even though we do not believe you will ever need it, all our guarantees have the additional assurance of a 10 year insurance backed guarantee issued by the Consumer Protection Association โ and 5 Star pay ALL your premium!
