BFRC Window Energy Ratings range from A++ (best) to E (worst). Our most popular double glazed windows achieve A and A+ ratings, providing excellent energy performance. We upgrade to A++ in triple glazing in most ranges for maximum energy efficiency as required.

Poor-quality double-glazed units, in UPVC Windows, are filled with air, conducting cold air between the panes, costing you money. Argon is an inert gas, which is pumped into the 20mm void between 5 Star’s standard double glazing units. In addition, it does not conduct the cold air and significantly reduces the build-up of condensation.
